This project involves the initial construction phase (Phase 1) of a two-storey residential house with fence. The focus of this phase is the completion of all structural works, ensuring a stable and durable foundation for the succeeding construction stages. Phase 1 covers the essential groundwork and preparatory activities, including securing all necessary permits, conducting a soil test, and preparing the site for structural implementation. The scope also includes major structural components such as earthworks, concreting, reinforcement, and formwork, as well as the installation of essential systems for water, power, and sanitation. A fence enclosure was incorporated for added privacy and security, complementing the architectural style of the main house. The combination of transparency and enclosure allows for functionality, aesthetics, and comfort—ideal for both cooking and casual gatherings. The project was designed and executed to ensure functionality, efficiency, and customer convenience, aligned with the brand’s standards for retail operations. The building includes a main store area, manager’s room, stock room, and restroom, all constructed with attention to durability, accessibility, and efficient space planning. The site also features a wide parking area to accommodate customers and delivery vehicles. Upon turnover, the establishment was delivered fully functional—equipped with internet connectivity, operational POS systems, CCTV installations, freezers, and air-conditioning units, ready for immediate business operations.
